So, I met Kyle Erickson several weeks ago when he was chaperoning a group of 9th grade high school students from Grand Rapids that were participating in the Future Worker’s Event. We had a quick chat and he told me ALL about this friend of his that had this adorable little girl; and that this friend was trying to find a photographer to take her six month portraits. So I asked him to bring his friend to the studio with the little girl so we could do a consultation. Two weeks ago, Kyle brings this friend with him (oh, she has a name .. Missy .. btw) and introduces me to her and little Vaya.
Melt.
Amazing little girl! So happy, rambunctious and full of curiosity. We had an awesome session today. Below is a quick sneak peek of what we came up with. Thanks Missy, Kyle, Moses the black lab and little Vaya (pronounced just as it’s spelt – not “vie-ya” like I kept saying it during the session – what the heck is wrong with me?)
