At the behest of a fellow photographer, I joined the Professional Photographers of America today. One of the key factors of membership is an additional bonus for my clients. Namely … malpractice protection. Never had really thought about it until today but what if the back-up camera’s back-up were to fail? What if an electromagnetic pulse were to erase all of my memory cards? Probably far fetched that three cameras would simultaneously fail or that an EMP would be ANYWHERE around a wedding event. but you never know.
In addition, a wealth of information in their members only forum from which i feel my photographic IQ points raise every time I visit.
